What FireRiskKit is

FireRiskKit is a tool that helps you record a fire risk assessment, COSHH assessments and fire safety checks. It does not carry out an assessment for you. You, as the Responsible Person or employer, remain responsible for making sure your assessment is suitable and sufficient for your premises and for acting on it. For complex or high-risk premises you should appoint a competent person.

Guidance and accuracy

Guides and suggested actions are general information for England and Wales, checked against official sources on the dates shown. They are not legal advice and may not cover every situation.

FireRiskKit Pro

Pro is a monthly subscription. Prices include VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record. You can cancel at any time; see cancellation and refunds.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, the free tools are provided as they are, and our total liability for Pro is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. If you use FireRiskKit as a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights.

Law

If you are a consumer in the UK, the law of the part of the UK where you live applies and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
